Phase 1
Application
Applications submitted by Entrepreneurs are presented to Assessors, Advisors, and Observers to evaluate their potential, and vote on which business ideas should be incubated.
Phase 2
Incubation
A website for the business idea is setup, and the Entrepreneur is contracted to: grow and engage an email list to validate the market for the business; and achieve their pre-incorporation milestones. The incubation outcomes are presented to Advisors and Observers to evaluate their progress, and vote on which incubated businesses should be incorporated.
Phase 3
Incorporation
Once validated, the business is formally incorporated using the community's standardized Articles of Association and with the Entrepreneur and the Community Manager as shareholders and company directors. The incorporated business is presented to Advisors and Observers to perform due diligence, offer strategic guidance, and provide opportunities to scale.
Phase 4
Execution
The Entrepreneur is contracted to: continue growing and engaging the email list; and achieve their post-incorporation milestones. Company decisions are presented to Observers to provide guidance.
